Yes. Our team carries and loads everything, including from flats and upper floors. Stairs, lift availability, walking distance, parking and restricted access are considered when preparing your fixed quote. Provided the access and items match the information supplied, no additional access charge will be added on the day.
We collect household and commercial rubbish, including bags, boxes, sofas, wardrobes, beds, mattresses, appliances and office furniture. We can also provide separate quotations for builders’ waste, garden waste, soil, rubble and other heavy materials because these are normally priced according to weight and waste type.
We do not collect hazardous or prohibited waste as part of our standard rubbish-clearance service. If you are unsure about an item, send us a photograph before booking so we can confirm whether we are legally permitted to carry it.
You do not always need to be present. We can collect items left outside or from another agreed accessible location, provided we have clear instructions and permission to access the items.
Unattended collections must normally be paid for before arrival. Once the collection is complete, we will send completion photographs and a digital Waste Transfer Note.
Your waste is taken to an authorised waste-transfer station, where the materials are sorted for recovery and recycling wherever possible.
After completion, you receive a digital Waste Transfer Note confirming that your waste was transferred to a registered carrier and handled through the proper disposal route. MM Rubbish Clearance is registered as an Environment Agency Upper Tier waste carrier under registration number CBDU418527.
