Is the price fixed, or can it change on the day?
The quotation is a fixed price based on your photographs and the details you give us. If the job on the day is different from what was described (for example, extra items or harder access), we tell you and agree any change with you before we start. There are no surprise adjustments without your prior agreement.
What is included in the quotation?
The quotation covers the team, lifting and loading from inside the property, transport, disposal at authorised waste facilities and the Congestion Charge where applicable. Parking, stairs, floor level and loading distance are all considered when we price the job. After the collection you receive a digital Waste Transfer Note and a receipt.
Do you charge by volume or weight?
Most jobs are priced mainly on volume, meaning how much space the waste takes up in the van. Weight and waste type also matter: heavy materials such as soil, rubble and plasterboard, and items that need specific handling, such as fridges, are reflected in the quotation. Clear photographs help us price accurately.
Can you collect my rubbish today?
Often, yes. Same-day collection is subject to route, job and crew availability, so the earlier you send photos the better the chance of a same-day slot. If today isn’t possible, we’ll offer the next available time window.
How does the WhatsApp quotation work?
Send photographs of the waste to 07804 582 680 with your postcode, floor level, access details and parking information. We review the details and reply with a fixed-price quotation. Once you’re happy, confirm a collection time window on WhatsApp and the job is booked.
Will I receive an arrival time?
Yes. Collections are booked within an agreed time-window slot, and you receive an update approximately 30–60 minutes before the team arrives.
Who will arrive for the collection?
An MM Rubbish Clearance team in branded uniform. We allocate a one-person or two-person team depending on the size and type of job.
Do I need to bring everything outside?
No. We collect from inside the property, including from upper floors, so you don’t need to carry anything out. Just tell us the floor level, whether there is a lift and how far the items are from where we can park, so it is reflected in the quotation.
Can you collect from Red Routes or restricted streets?
Yes. We plan Red Routes and loading restrictions in advance, and we do not stop or load illegally. Let us know about any restrictions, controlled parking or loading bays near the property when you send your photos.
Will I receive a Waste Transfer Note?

Is there anything MM cannot collect?
We can’t collect hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals or clinical waste, which need specialist carriers. If you’re unsure about an item, send a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm before you book.
Is rubbish removal better than hiring a skip?
It depends on the job. A skip suits a long project where you want to fill it yourself over several days, but you do all the loading, and a skip on the road may need a permit. With rubbish removal, our team collects from inside the property, completes the lifting and loading, and removes mixed or larger loads in one visit. You pay for the collection, not for days of hire.
