MM Rubbish Clearance was started in December 2019 by Ovi Ejeta, with a straightforward aim: make rubbish clearance in London more professional, more transparent and more accountable than it usually is.

That aim still sets how the company works. MM now clears across London for homeowners, landlords, letting and estate agents, property managers, businesses and organisations — from single-item collections through to full residential and commercial clearances.

Our clearance teams are experienced, and MM Rubbish Clearance is licensed and insured. Every job runs through the same system: a fixed price agreed from your photographs before we start, updates while the collection is underway, and a digital invoice and Waste Transfer Note issued on completion.

MM advertise next day clearance and they are true to their word. They do their work efficiently and the prices are very reasonable. Although we had a planned move date and had recycled a lot of stuff in preparation, after a last weekend of family clearing their student art and other bits, we needed a final rubbish clearance at short notice and due to the amount it would have needed several more trips to the recycling centre with our small car 🤦‍♀️ I found MM through google search, and chose due to previous good reviews. We were not disappointed, Ovi messaged clear instructions about the quote and were happy to come into house to collect, in the end we left all in the front garden to enable our deep clean to begin. MM came on time to complete the pick up quickly and quietly removed all the items without any disturbances, very impressive job. Would use again. Highly recommend.
