A few things are worth settling before an office clearance is quoted: what is going, whether anything needs specialist handling, and what should happen to confidential paperwork, data-bearing equipment and furniture that still has life in it.
Assessed separately: chemicals, paints and solvents, gas cylinders, large quantities of batteries, fridges and refrigeration units, clinical or medical waste, and anything that may be hazardous or contain asbestos. Tell us about these when you ask for a quote. Some need separate disposal arrangements and some may need a specialist contractor.
We physically remove paperwork and IT equipment. We do not provide certified shredding, hard-drive destruction, data wiping or destruction certificates.

Good-condition desks, chairs and storage can sometimes be reused or donated rather than disposed of. Whether that is possible depends on the condition of the items, demand, whether a recipient will accept them and the timing of the clearance, so we cannot guarantee that any item will be reused.
