Garden Waste Removal De Beauvoir N1 was completed as a same-day collection by our two-man team at a lower ground garden in De Beauvoir. The customer needed bags of garden waste removed quickly, and despite the property’s challenging layout, our team safely cleared the waste and left the garden ready for the summer months.

Using our 14-cubic-yard caged tipper van, our two-man team loaded all the garden waste before transporting it for responsible recycling and disposal.

While the amount of waste itself was straightforward, the access made this a physically demanding job.
Like many properties in De Beauvoir, this home had been converted into separate flats. Access to the garden wasn’t directly from the street.
Our team first had to walk through the property, descend a metal staircase into the rear garden, carry the garden waste approximately 10 metres, then return back up the staircase, through the property again and finally down the front steps to reach the van.
These converted Victorian properties often vary depending on whether you’re accessing the lower ground (A), middle (B) or upper (C) flats, and every layout presents slightly different logistical challenges. Fortunately, our experienced team deals with this type of access regularly across North London.
Although the internal carrying distance was significant, parking was excellent.
One advantage of working around De Beauvoir Road, Southgate Road, Downham Road and Hertford Road is that there is often more on-street parking available than in many parts of Central London. Being able to park close to the property helped reduce loading times despite the challenging internal access.
