Builders Waste Collection from Flats Above Shops in Hackney Central

We recently completed a builders waste removal job in Hackney Central E8, just off the busy Mare Street high street. The customer had been carrying out renovation work inside a flat located above a row of commercial shops.
To make the collection quicker and more cost-effective, the customer brought all of the builders waste downstairs before our arrival. The waste included black bags of construction debris, plasterboard offcuts, timber, trim pieces and other mixed renovation materials, all neatly stacked outside the building ready for collection.
Our team loaded everything directly into our licensed waste vehicle, keeping disruption to a minimum on this busy road.

Hackney Central is one of the busiest parts of the borough, particularly around Mare Street, where many residential flats are located above shops, cafés and other businesses.
Parking can be extremely limited throughout the day, so we recommend customers in this area have their waste ready for collection whenever possible. This allows our team to load quickly, reduces waiting time and helps avoid unnecessary parking issues on the high street.
If access inside the property is required, we can of course collect directly from the flat, but having the waste brought downstairs makes the process much faster on busy roads like this.
The Clearance
Once everything had been checked, our team safely loaded the builders waste into the van and transported it to an authorised waste transfer facility for responsible recycling and disposal.
As with every job, the customer received a Waste Transfer Note, providing peace of mind that their waste had been handled legally by a licensed waste carrier.
