Single mattresses start from £85, doubles from £100 and super kings from £125. King mattresses and bed frames are priced from your photo. Starting prices are for ground-floor or lift access; the floor, stairs, lift, your chosen time slot and any awkward access are built into one fixed quote before you book. Every price includes collection, loading, licensed disposal and your digital Waste Transfer Note — no VAT added, no surprises on the day.

Usually yes. We run same-day routes across all our coverage areas, subject to van availability. WhatsApp us in the morning to lock in an afternoon collection — message earlier in the day for the best chance. Same-day availability is highest in N1, Hackney and Camden.

Yes. We dismantle wooden slat bases, metal divans, ottoman lifters and bolted-down frames on the spot, and remove them with the mattress in one fixed price. The price depends on the frame and the tools needed, so send a photo for the exact quote.

Not a problem — most of our jobs are walk-up flats, basement conversions and tight Victorian hallways. Two-man team standard for doubles, kings and super kings. We carry the mattress down the stairs and out to the van, you don't lift a thing. Tell us the floor, whether there's a lift and how tight the stairs are, and any access charge is included in your fixed quote before you book.

Mattresses go to a licensed transfer station where the metal springs, foam, fabric and timber are separated for recovery wherever possible. How much is recovered depends on the mattress condition and the facility. You get a digital Waste Transfer Note as legal proof of how your mattress was disposed of — emailed to you the same day.

Yes, ideally — so we can confirm what's going and you can sign off the Waste Transfer Note. If that's tricky, message us on WhatsApp and we'll work around it. Many landlords and letting agents simply give us access and let us get on with the job.

Card, bank transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay — paid on completion once you're happy with the job. We're not VAT registered, so the price quoted on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

Yes — Environment Agency Carrier Dealer – Upper Tier Licence, CBDU418527. You can verify it on the EA public register. We also carry £5 million public liability insurance — certificate available on request. Every job comes with a Waste Transfer Note as your legal proof of licensed disposal.

No. We collect from inside the property — bedroom, loft, basement or top-floor flat. Two of us carry it out to the van. Prices are based on ground floor or lift access; if there are several flights without a lift, we'll confirm any small access charge before you book.

A photo of the mattress, your postcode, the size, and whether the bed frame, divan base or headboard is going too. Tell us which floor it's on, whether there's a lift, and anything awkward about parking. That's enough for a fixed price.

Yes. Divan bases, headboards, slats and storage beds can all go in the same visit. We quote them together with the mattress in one fixed price — send a photo of everything that's going.

Yes. Condition doesn't matter to us — stained, torn, sagging or wet, we still take it. Just mention it when you message us so we can plan the job properly.

Yes. We regularly clear multiple mattresses for landlords, letting agents, HMOs, hotels and student accommodation. Send photos and a rough count, and we'll quote the whole lot as one fixed-price collection.

No. We don't sell mattresses, and this isn't a retail click-and-collect service. We collect and dispose of old mattresses and bed frames. If you're buying a new mattress, we can take the old one away before or after it arrives.

Every London borough runs a bulky-waste collection for its residents, but prices, waiting times and rules vary from borough to borough. Most councils collect from outside the property on a booked date. If you need it gone sooner, or taken from inside the flat, that's where we come in.

Some furniture charities accept mattresses for reuse, but many don't take them at all. Those that do usually need it clean, undamaged and with the fire-safety label still attached. Stained, torn or wet mattresses won't be accepted.

Yes, if you have a suitable vehicle. London's household reuse and recycling centres accept mattresses from local residents, but booking, residency and van rules vary between sites — check your council's rules before you go. No — not unless a collection has been booked for it. A mattress left by the bins or on the pavement counts as fly-tipping, and you can be fined. Book a council collection or use a licensed waste carrier instead.

No need. We take it whole. Cutting up a mattress is harder than it looks, the springs can be sharp, and the pieces still can't go in your household bin.
