Rubbish Removal Highbury N5 was completed as a same-day collection after a landlord contacted us when tenants vacated a flat and left unwanted household rubbish behind. We attended the property the same day, loaded the waste and left the property ready for the landlord to prepare for the next tenants.
The landlord needed the property cleared urgently after the previous tenants moved out unexpectedly, leaving unwanted household rubbish behind.
Wanting the flat ready for cleaning and re-letting as quickly as possible, they contacted MM Rubbish Clearance for a same-day collection.
Fortunately, the customer had already brought all the waste outside before we arrived, allowing our team to load everything directly into our 14-cubic-yard caged tipper van before transporting it for responsible recycling and disposal.

Because the rubbish had already been moved outside, we avoided carrying waste down what are often very steep staircases found in Highbury’s Victorian conversions. Had the waste remained inside the flat, the collection would have involved significantly more labour, particularly if the property had been on the first or second floor.
